EYES ON THE CITY
"I wish people understood what a real time crime center is all about."
When Sgt. Erik Lavigne - an RTCC supervisor - and host of Two Cops One Donut mentioned he wanted to educate the public about RTCCs in their own police departments...I came up with a premium TV series that would not just educate, it would be entertaining and exciting to watch.

From Idea to Show
When Sgt. Erik Lavigne - an RTCC supervisor - and host of Two Cops One Donut mentioned he wanted to educate the public about Real Time Crime Centers in their own police departments...we came up with a premium TV series that would not just educate, it would be entertaining and exciting to watch.
In line with Erik's mission of building trust and creating transparency between law enforcement and their communities...we created "EYES ON THE CITY."
This is a fast-paced, reality doc series hosted by RTCC Supervisor Sgt. Erik Lavigne and former detective and drone specialist Jared Kosina.
In each episode, they travel to a new city to step inside its Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) — the high-tech heart of modern law enforcement — to explore how agencies across America fight crime second-by-second using cutting-edge technology, coordination, and gut instinct.
Think Guy Fieri's “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” meets “24” — but inside the war rooms of public safety.
EYES ON THE CITY reveals the heroes behind the screens — and what it really takes to protect a city when seconds count.

POLICE CHIEF JOE LEDUC

RTCC MANAGER CHRIS HENNINGSEN
Having the idea for Eyes on the City can only go so far. People have to believe in it.
Thanks to Erik’s relationships and credibility within the law enforcement community, he was able to get us in the door with the Scottsdale Police Department in Arizona.
Chief Joe LeDuc and Real-Time Crime Center Manager, Chris Henningsen, welcomed our crew and we were able to film the show over the course of two days. It helped to bring the idea to life and we already have a list of police stations interested in being featured in the ongoing series.
To add some flavor to the show, we also filmed at Bosa Donuts…a fave hot spot for local officers.

TECH AND ORDER
"Good tech allows first responders to come home to their families safe every day."
When Sgt. Erik Lavigne - an RTCC supervisor - and host of Two Cops One Donut mentioned he wanted to educate the public about RTCCs in their own police departments...I came up with a premium TV series that would not just educate, it would be entertaining and exciting to watch.

Let’s face it...Erik is a total tech geek. He loves his gear, his gadgets, and anything that makes him feel like a kid again. So when the idea came up to create a show that let him dive into the latest tech hitting the market, it was a no-brainer.

Tech and Order was born from Erik’s curiosity and passion for innovation - and his desire to put cutting-edge technology to the test in the real world. Together with his fellow officers and longtime friends, Matt and Banning, Erik wanted to create a space where they could explore the newest tools and devices coming out of top tech companies, and offer their authentic, expert perspectives on how these innovations perform under pressure.

We designed Tech and Order to blend the thrill of discovery with the grounded expertise of those who use technology to make a difference every day. It’s part education, part entertainment - and all heart. Because at its core, this show isn’t just about the gear. It’s about the people behind it, the stories that drive it, and the excitement of seeing technology in action.

We were excited and grateful when Axon decided to help us make the show a reality, lending us their gear, their location and their time.
